I'm Adam Young, founder and CEO of Ringba, a call tracking and analytics platform built for the performance marketing industry. This site is not Ringba's official blog. It's my personal space to write about what I actually see day to day: the campaigns that work, the ones that quietly fall apart, and everything in between.

I've spent years in and around pay per call, lead generation, and performance marketing, working with buyers, publishers, and networks who are all chasing the same thing: calls and conversions that actually turn into revenue. Along the way I've watched a lot of launches go sideways and a handful go right, and I've learned far more from the failures than the wins.

This site is where I try to talk about that honestly. No hype, no "guaranteed system," no pretending every strategy is a breakthrough. Just plain talk about funnels, attribution, call quality, compliance headaches, and the late-night decisions that shape whether a campaign lives or dies.

I write for people who are already in the trenches of performance marketing, or curious about what actually happens behind the scenes of it. If you're looking for a course to buy or a formula to follow, this probably isn't it. If you want the real, sometimes messy view from someone who's been building in this space, you're in the right place.

I don't have this all figured out, and I'm not claiming to. I just pay attention, take notes, and try to write about it in a way that's useful.
